The Foundation began with a question: what would an executive desk look like if it were designed the same way we approach every commission — with the same attention to engineering, the same sensitivity to material, the same consideration for the person who will use it every day? The same thinking now shapes more than the desk — every piece in The Foundation begins there.

Each piece is available in a range of materials and dimensions, configured to your space. Nothing about them is standard.

Every piece in The Foundation begins with a resolved design. From there, it is configured to your space — the material, the finish, the dimensions. The starting point is ours. The finished piece is yours.

Materials.

Wood, stone, metal, glass, solid surface, composite — or a combination. If you have a material in mind, we will tell you if it is possible. It usually is.

Dimensions.

Considered against the room it will occupy, and the people that will work with it daily. Not just measured — thought through.

Layout.

Shaped to the way you actually sit and work — straight or L-shaped, a file drawer beneath if you need one. Monitor arms, security access, power and data: designed in from the start, the way they should be, instead of clipped on after the fact.
